The 48" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Drawers - Elite Series (Beverage Air SPED48-12-2) is a state of the art unit that is sure to please you. Constructed from stainless steel and galvanized steel, it's a sturdy piece of equipment for your busy kitchen. This prep table can hold twelve 1/6 size standard 4" deep pans. Two drawers bring a maximum in storage space for whatever food or supplies you'd like to place in them. The 6" heavy duty casters that are included make moving the unit a snap. It has enhanced airflow to maintain product temperatures between 36° - 41°F. In addition, the prep table is easy to clean and has features to prevent spills, such as locking divider pars to secure pans into place. Features: 6" heavy duty casters, Cartridge style hinges, 10" reversible cutting board, Stainless steel front, sides, top, door and grille, Galvanized steel cabinet back and bottom, Pre-wired at factory, includes 8' long cord and plug, Twelve 1/6 size standard 4" deep pan capacity.
